Which one should I use?

Use the TIF, EPS or PDF format on printed materials.

EPS is the most versatile file as it is a vector file and can be easily resized without pixelating. You will not be able to open an EPS file unless you have vector software; you will, however, be able to place it in your document.

JPEG files are best suited for use on the web and email.
